Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the types of content and behavior that are prohibited when you use Happyhorses AI.

It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all prompts, uploads, generated outputs, account activity, API usage, and support interactions on happyhorses-ai.pro.

2. Sexual and NSFW Content

Happyhorses AI does not allow sexual, pornographic, or otherwise explicit adult content generation.

  • Do not upload, request, generate, or distribute NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, semi-nude, or sexually suggestive content.
  • Do not sexualize minors or age-ambiguous persons under any circumstances.
  • Do not create non-consensual intimate imagery, explicit deepfakes, revenge porn, or sexual face-swap content involving a real person.
  • Do not market or describe the Service as uncensored, adult-only, 18+, or no-filter content generation.

3. Harmful, Illegal, and Abusive Content

You must not use the Service to create or distribute harmful or unlawful content.

  • No illegal, fraudulent, hateful, violent, exploitative, defamatory, or infringing content.
  • No harassment, doxxing, impersonation, privacy violations, or misuse of another person's likeness or intellectual property.
  • No content that promotes self-harm, child sexual abuse material, trafficking, or other severe safety harms.

4. Safety Evasion and Abuse

You may not attempt to bypass our safeguards or misuse the platform.

  • Do not use coded prompts, alternate spellings, cropped assets, prompt injection, or other evasion techniques to bypass moderation or policy enforcement.
  • Do not probe, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, interfere with, or otherwise abuse the Service, related systems, or third-party providers.
  • Do not share accounts or use the Service in a way that violates billing, rate-limit, or access-control rules.

5. Enforcement

We may remove content, block generations, suspend credits, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report activity where required by law or provider policy.

We may also cooperate with payment providers, infrastructure providers, law enforcement, or other relevant parties when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or comply with legal obligations.
