Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy explains when Happyhorses AI may issue refunds for digital products and cloud-based video generation services purchased through happyhorses-ai.pro.

Because credits, subscriptions, and generation capacity are digital services that can be provisioned or consumed immediately, refund eligibility is limited and reviewed case by case.

2. Refunds We May Approve

We may approve a refund in the following situations after verification:

  • Duplicate or accidental duplicate purchases.
  • Purchased credits or subscription entitlements were not delivered due to a confirmed system or billing error and we cannot restore them within a reasonable time.
  • A verified technical failure on our platform prevented you from using a newly purchased product and our support team cannot provide a workable resolution.
  • An unintended subscription renewal reported promptly after the charge, before substantial use of the renewed benefits, where permitted by law and our payment processor rules.

3. Refunds We Do Not Offer

Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:

  • Credits that have already been used, frozen and later settled, expired, or otherwise consumed by completed or partially completed service delivery.
  • Completed video generations, downloadable outputs, or other digital services that have already been delivered.
  • Change-of-mind requests, preference for a different model or workflow, or dissatisfaction with creative results where the Service functioned as described.
  • Violations of our Terms of Service, abuse controls, or content and safety policies.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@happyhorses-ai.pro and include enough information for us to investigate the request quickly.

  • The account email used for the purchase.
  • The order ID, invoice number, or payment receipt.
  • A short explanation of the issue.
  • Screenshots, error messages, or other supporting details when relevant.

5. Review and Response Time

We aim to review refund requests as quickly as possible and typically respond within 3 business days.

If we need additional information, the review period may be extended until you provide the requested details.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take several business days after approval.

If a refund is issued for credits or a subscription, we may revoke the corresponding unused credits, benefits, or access associated with the refunded purchase.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend the associated account while the matter is under review.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in revoked credits, terminated access, and further action permitted by our Terms of Service and applicable law.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or payment processor requirements. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
