Happyhorses AI is an independent AI video generation platform. We may integrate our own workflows and third-party model providers, and we may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

2. Eligibility

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, and that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Accounts and Security

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and remain responsible for all activity under your account.

  • You must not share your account in a way that violates these Terms or our pricing rules.
  • You must promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access or security incident.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that contain false information, create risk, or violate applicable law or policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with our policies, platform safeguards, and all applicable laws.

  • Do not upload, generate, or distribute unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, violent, exploitative, deceptive, or otherwise harmful content.
  • Do not attempt to bypass moderation, safety systems, rate limits, access controls, or credit enforcement.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, interfere with, or otherwise misuse the Service or related systems.
  • Do not impersonate others, misuse another person's likeness or intellectual property, or violate privacy, publicity, or data protection rights.

5. Your Inputs and Generated Outputs

You retain ownership of content that you lawfully upload to the Service, subject to any rights needed for us and our providers to operate, host, process, store, and display that content to deliver the Service.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you may use the videos and other outputs you generate through the Service. You are solely responsible for verifying that your inputs and outputs are lawful, accurate, and appropriate for your intended use.

6. Platform Intellectual Property

Happyhorses AI and its licensors own the Service, including the site design, software, workflows, prompts, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property rights.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the underlying technology, models, code, or platform infrastructure to you.

7. Credits, Pricing, and Payments

Certain features require credits, subscriptions, or other paid access. Prices, included credits, feature limits, and billing terms will be displayed at checkout or on the relevant pricing page.

  • Credits may be granted through purchases, subscriptions, promotions, or other programs and may be subject to expiration, limits, or package-specific rules.
  • Credits are frozen when generation starts and are settled or released according to the task result and our internal billing logic.
  • Payments may be processed by Creem, Stripe, or another authorized payment provider. We do not store full payment card details.
  • Except where required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy, fees paid are non-refundable.

8. Availability and Changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or that every generation result will meet your expectations.

We may update models, limits, pricing, product features, or technical requirements without prior notice, although material commercial changes will generally be reflected on the Service.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, abused the Service, created legal or security risk, failed to pay applicable fees, or if suspension is otherwise required to protect the platform or other users.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happyhorses AI disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happyhorses AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Happyhorses AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing Law, Updates, and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which Happyhorses AI operates, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page. If you continue using the Service after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
